● The person should have more than 10 years of relevant work experience


● One should have good knowledge of .Net, .Net core, Microservices, Web API, SQL


Server,MySql, Design pattern, Unit testing, Sonrlint, and SonarQube.


● Core JAVA, as there would be a small team working on JAVA


● One should be able to manage a large team, take care of their training needs, evaluate them


to measure performance, troubleshoot, impart & ensure best practices, standards &


guidelines


● One should initiate and encourage team members to do PoCs, take part in Hackathons etc.


● One should have exposure to pre-sales activities like estimation and solutioning


● One should be aware of DevOps culture.


● One should be able to find out the problems in CICD pipeline


● One should have knowledge of clouds like Aws, and Google cloud.


● Their role will be of a Techno functional Manager


● Secondary skills: Architecting Pattern


● Frontend & Tools: Angular/React/Vue.js Docker/Kubernetes/container Serverless
